There's a Grainne on The Apprentice so maybe people will FINALLY learn to pronounce it
LAST NIGHT, THE latest season of The Apprentice kicked off in earnest.
Ireland is well-represented this year with not one, but two Irish contestants hoping to impress Lord Sugar.
There’s Dillon St. Paul, who you might recognise from his Fade Street days.

Dillon has already won attention for his fancy name…
And his perfectly coiffed eyebrows.
The other Irish representative is Grainne McCoy, a 31-year-old make-up artist and entrepreneur from Northern Ireland.

Some viewers compared her to this gal from Dude, Where’s My Car?
And they were loving her accent.
The best part of having a Grainne on The Apprentice, though?
It means that people abroad will finally learn the correct pronunciation of Grainne.
Which should lead to a dramatic decrease in misspellings on Starbucks cups…
And less people calling you ‘granny’.
